Welcome
I was born in Berlin in 1967. After high school I was not quite clear what I wanted to do professionally. Study? A lesson? Than what actually? I went once with my friend Monika in southern, warm climes and we roamed some time Italy. Idleness and many conversations showed me there should be a creative and not daily work.
Summer in Italy ran out and I went to the study of anthroposophy to Dornach, Switzerland. After a year of insight into various artistic and educational work areas with anthroposophical background, I started with my friend Monika, the 4-year study painting at the art school Assenza-Dornach / CH, 1992, where we got married.
After my completion of the painter, we moved back to the south and we had painting classes through the pages. However, another perspective shaping our lives would not let us come this long to rest: the wall between the FRG and the GDR had fallen, and it drove us into the rural surroundings of Berlin, in search of a house in which we our creativity could be run.
So we found the "Old brick " in Robel / Müritz. A place where we felt immediately at home. With much love, skill and commitment, we reorganized the "Old brick ". To live not only in constant construction, I shared an artisanal and artistic activity in epochs. Over the years, developed in my life as an alternation between building and Malphasen, which led to such exhibitions in Berlin, Hamburg, Augsburg, Malchow, Boeck, Wredenhagen and the gradual restoration of the "Old Brickyard ".
Now, after 14 years, this has become a poetic place. In addition to our living area and also our gallery and studio apartments are here now arisen in which our guests can enjoy a relaxing holiday.
