Elvira Bach was a year ago here in the vicinity of their birthplace with a large exhibition in Bad Soden. I knew they did not have before. When you look in the fullness always the same double-ego Elvira, this is weird, but considered individually, some pictures are very exciting, original, funny. My son wanted me to copy him this, but when it was finished, it seemed everyone in the family is so aggressive that the image is now rotated against the wall eking out a dull existence. I found it very exciting to explore through their copy of the painting: All glazing, laid layer by layer over each other, some of it is blurred, just for their ornaments and contours it has very confident brush strokes. I had a feeling this copy by me to put myself in a piece of her being, at least in their painting inside. That was a good experience
