Description

In southern countries such as Italy or Spain, the arcades in the midday heat in the cities are often shaded with large curtains. This image here was a cafe in the morning, the curtains are again, no other guest is to see and relish the guest reads his morning newspaper. I have lots of those he photographed images, and I liked the contrast between the wall and the many quiet chair legs, which are not easy to paint. There was a diagonal in the picture - and the arrangement of the observer has a certain distance to readers - as we wanted to go by
